Please don't be shy, if you don't love something about your hair let us know while you're in the chair. If you love it in the chair and live with it for a few days and feel like something is not working for you, Contact us. We are happy to make the adjustment as long as you notify us within 48 hours of the original appointment. Adjustment sessions will be completed at the soonest availability of your stylist.
We understand things come up. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Send your stylist an email or reschedule through the online booking site. Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked to the card on file. If you are more than 15 mins late, service offerings will be limited however you will still be responsible for the full payment of the service that was scheduled. A No call-No show will result in 100% charge to the card on file.
Our main entrance is behind the building. We have city meter parking in front as well as a city parking lot behind our building. The lot will have a sign that says "monthly parkers only" however our clients can still park in the lot as long as they pay at the booth or through the app. To pay to park in the lot, download the Passport Parking App before you arrive. You will enter in your license plate number, card info, and lot number 238. Once you've entered this all in the app it will save it for you which makes parking a breeze each time you visit.
